Giving
The Bible really indicates several reasons for giving faithfully to God’s work. The one most often referred to is giving out of obedience and some are motivated by this. Another reason we give is out of a recognition of what God has done for us. He has given us all that we have and will ever have. The best motivator for giving though is when we realize the good that can be done with what we have been given. If you realize that every dollar you give goes to help someone else or an organization that helps others, regular giving can be multiplied by many giving and truly make this world a better place for those in need. Generous giving is truly good for the soul.
